Submit Your Baby Photo

The infomation below is required to submit your baby into the 2009 Daily Star & A.O. Fox Hospital Baby Calendar Photo Contest. The baby being entered into this contest must be four years of age or younger at the time of the photo.

All photo submissions must include credit card holders name for submission verification purposes. Card holders name will be used to compare submission to payment. If no payment is received with your submission, entry will be considered void and will not be included in our contest.

By submitting this photo and payment, you are giving The Daily Star and it's affiliates permission to publish it. Professional photos will not be accepted due to copyright laws.

Refunds are not available for baby submissions or for votes.
